Boiler Slag and Coke Remover

The oxygen-enhancing agents and catalysts contained in this product have a highly effective loosening and removal effect on the ash deposits and coking formed on the heating surfaces of boilers and economizers, keeping the heating surfaces clean, reducing the thermal resistance of the heating surfaces, improving the thermal efficiency of the boiler, increasing the boiler output, reducing corrosion on both high-temperature and low-temperature heating surfaces, and extending the service life of the boiler. This product is a solid powder that can enhance the combustion reaction and lower the exhaust gas temperature, thereby saving coal consumption.

Scope of Application: Suitable for various boilers fueled by coal, oil, and natural gas, as well as marine steam locomotive boilers, waste heat boilers, etc.

Usage and Dosage:

1. This product should be sprayed into the high-temperature zone of the furnace using a dosing device. Each dosing time should be 15–25 seconds, and should not exceed 30 seconds at the latest.

2. Before dosing, adjust the induced draft to change the negative pressure in the furnace to a slightly positive pressure state to ensure uniform dispersion of the agent and reduce dead zones.

3. The calculated amount of agent should be added twice a day, during periods of higher combustion temperature. Dosing should be done at fixed times daily, and the combustion temperature should be adjusted appropriately during dosing.

4. If coking is severe, the dosage can be appropriately increased. The dosage should be 0.3% to 0.5% of the fuel amount.

Precautions: 1. Once the boiler starts using this slag remover, it must be used consistently, and effects will begin to show after 15 days.

2. This product is weakly alkaline. Avoid handling it with bare hands and do not inhale the dust or allow it to enter the eyes.

Packaging and Storage: Packed in cartons or woven bags of 20 kg or 25 kg. Store in a cool, dry place, away from high temperatures, direct sunlight, and fire sources. Keep dry. If caking occurs, crush with a wooden stick; do not use metal tools to strike or impact. Valid for 3 years.
